Demandware
Ranked as the #1 on-demand e-commerce platform by industry analysts, Demandware delivers an enterprise-class solution to empower merchandisers while shrinking the technical costs, risks and complexities of running an e-commerce operation. Demandware had two vital initiatives: completely redesign their primary e-commerce tool while also adding an order management system.

Our experience engaging customers in design decisions ensured the effort met corporate branding and usability requirements. Meanwhile, a flexible project strategy enabled both initiatives to be efficiently completed in parallel, reducing time and maximizing client resources.

As a result of a series of client and customer interviews, visual design workshops, usability testing, concept creation, and extensive reviews, our improvements to the Demandware interfaces were highly rated by customers in both usability studies and desirability surveys. And the overall look and feel of the visual design garnered rave reviews.

While complex e-commerce undertakings happen behind the scenes, the customer experiences an attractive, easy to use, and impressive interface that enables Demandware to serve current clients as well as attract new ones.
