McKesson is dedicated to delivering the vital medicines, supplies and information technologies that enable the health care industry to provide patients better, safer care. McKesson is made up of many businesses, all serving the health care industry.

McKesson had the vision of creating a technology platform that would improve coordination of care by allowing information to flow between care managers, intake professionals, doctors, patients, and agencies. They needed to illustrate this vision through an interface and demo and partnered with us to architect the flow and experience.

We conducted key stakeholder interviews, competitive analysis, task flow scenarios, and wireframes of various conceptual designs, and created a fresh information architecture. Once the structure was in place, a superior interactive and visual design was applied to the system.

The demo was presented at a national healthcare conference to rave reviews and has been regarded by those in the industry as the future of healthcare technology.
