NETC Website Redesign

NETC provides outstanding, culturally enriched, educational travel programs, and they wanted to increase parent and student conversion rate for their educational tours via a simplified navigational system and more compelling site design. They also wanted to provide a more intuitive experience for the teachers organizing the tours. The navigation needed to enable parents, students, and teachers with easy access to the information they were looking for, making it more likely for them to sign up for a tour.

Based on the user research, the information was reorganized into groups that were much easier to understand. The experience was designed to be immersive, using pictures, videos, and student stories to give prospective students and parents a strong feeling for what it would be like to be on an educational tour. Main calls to action are made evident via visual emphasis, so the user always knows where to go next.

Since the update, the teachers who organize tours find the site much easier to navigate. Site lead generation and conversion rates have also improved dramatically.
