Will Powley
Founder & Chief Creative Officer
Will Powley is the creative visionary behind Mad*Pow. Working with clients like Fidelity, Google, Intuit, Starwood, and ESPN, he utilizes his extensive background in psychology, fine arts, live motion graphics and cutting edge new media technologies to design award winning digital strategies.

He is responsible for leading key accounts as well as providing high-level creative direction on all of Mad*Pow’s projects to ensure quality creative deliverables.

Prior to founding Mad*Pow, Will held a number of creative direction positions, including time at Sony Music, State Street Global Advisors and MicroArts Corporation.

Will holds a B.F.A. in Studio Art with a minor in psychology from Boston College.

Amy Cueva
Founder & Chief Experience Officer
Amy partners with clients like Google, Aetna, Fidelity, and Monster to create strong cross-channel digital strategies, first class user experiences, and streamlined internal processes. She built Mad*Pow's user-centered design methodology as the vehicle to synergize business goals, customer needs, and technology requirements. She is the secretary and one of the charter members of the NH UPA, is speaking at UPA 2009, and was selected as one of Mass High Tech’s Women to Watch in 2009.

Prior to Mad*Pow, Amy worked for Putnam Investments simplifying experiences for both investors and employees. She also spent time at MicroArts, Sapient, and Sun Microsystems designing business to business financial applications, marketing sites, and intranet sites. Prior to starting her career, Amy was privileged to have the opportunity to study art history, painting and architecture at La Sorbonne in Paris, France.

Brad Honeyman
COO & Strategy Director
In addition to managing the operational components of Mad*Pow’s growth, Brad applies his marketing and strategy experience to the business intelligence phase of client partnerships. Most recently, Brad served as vice president of marketing at Exavera Technologies, where he built the company's go-to-market strategy and developed and managed all components of its communications programs.

Before Exavera, Brad served as a VP of Strategic Development at MicroArts, a subsidiary of London-based Cordiant Communications. There, he helped clients such as Tyco Telecommunications identify market opportunities and build strategic communications programs. He began his career at The Weber Group (now part of Interpublic), and led customers including IBM, Bank of Boston and SAP in developing their use of interactive media in the PR space. Brad graduated from Hamilton College and holds his M.B.A. from Babson College’s F.W. Olin School of Business.

Michael Hawley
SVP Experience Design
As the leader of Mad*Pow’s UX team, Michael Hawley leverages 15 years experience in the software industry and expertise in user experience research and usability design to deliver value to clients such as Fidelity, Autodesk and Monster. Prior to Mad*Pow, Hawley served as Usability Project Manager for Staples, where he led customer-facing initiatives including e-commerce and Web sites, marketing communications, and print materials. Prior to Staples, Michael worked at Bentley College Design and Usability Center where he was responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing user experience evaluations for corporate clients in healthcare, financial services, academia, and other industries.

Michael holds his M.S. in Human Factors in Information Design from Bentley College McCallum Graduate School of Business, and a B.A. from the University of Michigan. He continues to explore trends within the UX discipline as a published columnist, with articles appearing in publications such as UXMatters, iMedia, TMCNet, and CPWire.

Josh Corringham
SVP Business Development
With his extensive experience in technology and business development, Josh is responsible for initiating and growing lasting business relationships with Mad*Pow's clients. He enjoys the relieved look on clients' faces when they realize they've found a partner that "gets it."

Prior to joining the Mad*Pow team, he worked with PC Connection as an account manager providing B2B IT solutions to clients in the healthcare, automotive and eCommerce industries. Before that he was a software engineer at Aprisma (now CA) where he learned what happens when developers disguise themselves as UI designers. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the Whittemore School of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire.

Buck Beaudoin
SVP Creative
With over a decade of experience in interactive creative direction, Buck manages the Mad*Pow visual design team, providing creative direction to achieve successful execution for Mad*Pow's clients such as Google, Monster, Fidelity and McKesson. Prior to Mad*Pow, he was the principal and creative director at Amplify Studios in Manchester, N.H., where he directed the formulation of client digital strategy as well as the creative implementation of online deliverables for brands including Citizens Bank, Sweet Baby Rays, Centex, and Tyco International.

Buck holds his AAS in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire and a B.A. in Fine Art from Plymouth State University where he earned the Karl Drerup award for academic and artistic excellence.
