Penn has shared team successes for award-winning advertising campaigns throughout his career, but to him, the most significant achievements are tied to creating authentic partnerships with his teams and clients. He learned long ago that partnerships come with trust and respect, which translates to success for all. This spirit shines when he teaches and mentors younger generations, whether in his day-to-day life, within the industry, or through networking with students.
Penn earned an economics degree from Williams College and has spent his entire career building relationships and managing accounts for Boston-area agencies, with stops at Clarke Goward, Arnold, PARTNERS+simons, MullenLowe, and most recently at H4B Boston, a healthcare advertising & marketing firm. He loves trying new things and sharing his healthcare industry knowledge and experience to provide unique perspectives to existing challenges.
Keep an eye out for Penn on his daily runs – he was a competitive sprinter in his youth. While he doesn’t have much use for sprinting these days unless it’s chasing after his kids and dogs, he has switched to longer distances, training and running road races on the south shore and even the Boston Marathon! In addition to running, Penn enjoys cooking (and eating, of course), photography, and spending time with his family.
